We specialize in automating client touch points, transaction management, lead follow-ups, and other critical business processes. Our goal is to eliminate time-consuming tasks and create standardized workflows that keep your business running smoothly.
Do you offer team and/or Brokerage solutions?
Our packaged services are tailored towards individual Realtors or small teams however, we understand the necessity for streamlined processes across larger organizations. Contact us, and we’ll work with you to develop a tailored strategy.
How is Realtor-Sync different from other automation solutions?
We do not sell blank software that you have to build alone, we sell implementation services - meaning we work with your business processes and preferred software (some exclusions may apply) to build customized automations FOR YOU. With our backgrounds in software sales and project management, we offer tailored solutions that go beyond basic integrations—we provide TRUE automation designed specifically for real estate professionals.
How do the pre-built email templates work?
If you’re simply in need of a communication refresh and not looking for a full implementation solution, our email template packages are designed to be easily integrated into your CRM, or email marketing platform. Simply choose your desired package on our website. Once you receive your download, personalize the content with your branding and client details, and automate the sending process to ensure consistent follow-ups.
Can I customize the marketing templates to fit my brand?
Absolutely! While our marketing templates come ready to use, you have full creative control to further customize the content, branding, and tone to match your personal style and business needs. Once you’ve placed your order through our services page, you will receive a file with individual links to all Canva templates and instructions on how to upload and edit your new content.
What’s the benefit of using pre-built templates?
You don’t have to be the marketing department, the copy writer and the Realtor anymore! Do I need technical skills to use the templates?
Expertise is not required! Our templates are designed to be user-friendly for all. Our marketing templates come with simple how-to guides for adding templates to your own Canva account. If you need assistance, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist.
How do I get access to the templates?
Simply contact us, and we’ll provide access to the templates that best suit your needs. We also offer guidance on how to integrate them into your marketing workflow.

What’s included in the CRM implementation service?
Our CRM implementation service is designed to set up and optimize your system for efficiency. It includes:
CRM Selection & Setup – If you don’t have or are unhappy with your current CRM provider, we help choose the right CRM for your business needs and level of tech requirements. (We do not make money directly or indirectly from any CRM company, we simply offer our insight based on our experience working with these systems for over two decades)
Contact & Lead Importing – If you are changing CRMs, we migrate your existing contacts and leads, ensuring all data is properly organized
Workflow Automation – We import our prospecting, transaction management, and client touchpoint workflows into your CRM and customize the branding
Custom Email & Marketing Templates – We integrate our custom emails, which work alongside the automations to ensure you never miss a touchpoint again
Training & Support – We provide training to ensure you are comfortable using your CRM and all of your new Realtor-Sync automations. We also show you how to edit content, should you want to make updates in the future to processes or communications. Our goal is to eliminate the dread and confusion of using your CRM and empower you with the tools to excel effortlessly
How do I get started?
Our email and marketing template packages can be purchased here. Once your order is processed, your templates will be made available for immediate download - no wait time required! For CRM implementation services, please book a discovery call with our team. This call is required to establish your business needs, identify opportunities for automation, and recommend the best solutions for you. After the call, you will be sent a proposal and list of next steps, should you decide to move forward…and why wouldn’t you?!
